O Projeto Pescar \u00e9 um Programa de forma\u00e7\u00e3o socio profissionalizante desenvolvido pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Projeto Pescar, em parceria com a sua rede colaborativa, para o acesso de jovens em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade social, com idades entre 16 e 19 anos, ao mundo do trabalho. A GO Eyewear Tocantins tem contribu\u00eddo para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o social e profissional de jovens na cidade de Palmas\/TO, fortalecendo o v\u00ednculo familiar e social, reduzindo os \u00edndices de viol\u00eancias, a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s drogas e preparando os jovens para o mercado de trabalho<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Cada turma do curso de Inicia\u00e7\u00e3o em Processos de Montagem \u00d3ptica tem dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 11 meses, onde os jovens s\u00e3o potencializados por valores como: Autoconhecimento, Cidadania, Democracia e \u00c9tica, Empreendedorismo, al\u00e9m das disciplinas pr\u00e1ticas direcionadas para a \u00e1rea de montagem \u00f3ptica. Na unidade Projeto Pescar GO Tocantins, desde de seu inicio em 2016 foram formados 24 jovens, sendo que destes 14 tiveram a oportunidade de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s t\u00e9rmino do curso.<\/p>

Acreditamos firmemente que a educa\u00e7\u00e3o e o trabalho s\u00e3o pilares essenciais para construir um futuro melhor. Por isso, a entidade de assist\u00eancia social se associa a parceiros para oferecer cursos de Inicia\u00e7\u00e3o Profissional de forma gratuita. Priorizamos a forma\u00e7\u00e3o e o desenvolvimento humano dos adolescentes e suas fam\u00edlias, buscando fortalecer a cidadania e contribuir para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma sociedade mais solid\u00e1ria. Juntos, podemos promover atitudes transformadoras tanto em indiv\u00edduos quanto em organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, em prol de um mundo mais justo e inclusivo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
