Proyecto Pescar<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

El Proyecto Pescar es un Programa de formaci\u00f3n socio profesional desarrollado por la Fundaci\u00f3n Proyecto Pescar, en colaboraci\u00f3n con su red colaborativa, para brindar acceso a un mundo laboral a j\u00f3venes en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad social, de entre 16 y 19 a\u00f1os. GO Eyewear Tocantins ha contribuido a la formaci\u00f3n social y profesional de j\u00f3venes en la ciudad de Palmas\/TO, fortaleciendo el v\u00ednculo familiar y social, reduciendo los \u00edndices de violencia y exposici\u00f3n a las drogas y preparando a los j\u00f3venes para el mercado laboral.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Cada curso de iniciaci\u00f3n en procesos de montaje \u00f3ptico tiene una duraci\u00f3n de 11 meses, durante los cuales los j\u00f3venes son potenciados en valores como: Autoconocimiento, Ciudadan\u00eda, Democracia y \u00c9tica, Emprendimiento, adem\u00e1s de disciplinas pr\u00e1cticas orientadas a la \u00e1rea de montaje \u00f3ptico. En la unidad Proyecto Pescar GO en Tocantins, desde su inicio en 2016 se han formado 24 j\u00f3venes, de los cuales 14 tuvieron la oportunidad de ser contratados tras finalizar el curso.<\/p>

Creemos firmemente que la educaci\u00f3n y el trabajo son pilares esenciales para construir un futuro mejor. Por eso, la entidad de asistencia social se asocia con socios para ofrecer cursos de Iniciaci\u00f3n Profesional de forma gratuita. Priorizamos la formaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo humano de los adolescentes y sus familias, buscando fortalecer la ciudadan\u00eda y contribuir a la construcci\u00f3n de una sociedad m\u00e1s solidaria. Juntos, podemos promover actitudes transformadoras tanto en individuos como en organizaciones, en pro de un mundo m\u00e1s justo e inclusivo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
